This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies only to physical products (printed notes, books, or study materials) purchased through HomoeoIndia.com.
Digital products like online test series, courses, and MCQs are delivered instantly and are not covered under this policy.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays are processed on the next working day.

  • If there is a delay due to stock shortage or high order volume, we will inform you via Email/WhatsApp.


2. Shipping Timeline

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

  • 7–10 working days for most locations in India

  • 10–14 working days for remote, rural, or difficult-to-reach locations

Delivery timelines may vary due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier delays

  • Festivals or public holidays

  • Local restrictions


3. Delivery Partners

We ship your orders through trusted and reliable courier partners, including:

  • India Post (Speed Post / Registered Parcel)

  • Delhivery

  • DTDC

  • Bluedart

  • Ekart

  • Any other reputable courier available in your region

We choose the best courier service depending on:

  • Your location

  • Shipping speed availability

  • Product weight and size


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depend on:

  • Weight of books/notes

  • Delivery location

  • Courier charges

Any shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you pay via Razorpay.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you:

  • Tracking ID

  • Courier Partner Name (e.g., India Post, Delhivery, DTDC)

  • Tracking link

Tracking details will be shared via Email or WhatsApp.


6. Delivery Attempts

For most couriers including India Post:

  • 2–3 delivery attempts may be made

  • If the address is incorrect, unreachable, or the phone is switched off, the package may return to us

If the order returns due to customer error, re-shipping charges may apply.


7. Damaged or Wrong Product Delivered

If the delivered item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package with:

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Optional: Video while opening the package

  • Order ID

  • Payment ID

We will provide a replacement or a suitable resolution.


8. Lost or Missing Shipments

If India Post or any courier partner marks your shipment as lost or untraceable, we will:

  • Resend the product at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a refund (as per your preference)


9. Refund in Case of Failed Delivery

If the order cannot be delivered due to courier issues or stock problems, we will:

  • Initiate a refund through Razorpay

  • Refund will be credited to the same payment method used during purchase

  • Typical duration: 7–10 working days (bank dependent)


10. No Cancellation After Dispatch

Once your order has been dispatched:

  • ❌ Cancellation is not allowed

  • ❌ Refund for change of mind will not be provided

Dispatching and handling costs are already incurred at that stage.
