This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all digital products and services including Test Series, MCQ Courses, and Study Materials.


1. No Cancellation for Digital Products

All our products are digital and access is delivered instantly.
Therefore:

  • ❌ No order cancellation

  • ❌ No purchase reversal

  • ❌ No withdrawal after payment

Once access is granted, the sale becomes final.


2. Refund Policy (Strict but Fair)

Refunds are NOT offered after successful activation of digital content.

Refund is possible only in the following exceptional cases:

a) Duplicate Payment

If you accidentally pay twice, the extra payment will be refunded after verification.

b) Payment Success but Access Not Activated

If payment is successful but:

  • Your test series or course is not unlocked

  • And our team cannot activate your access within 24–48 hours

c) Failed / Pending / Timeout Transactions

If the amount is deducted but:

  • Payment status shows failed

  • Order not created

  • Transaction pending

Refund is usually processed automatically by Razorpay or your bank.


3. Refund Processing Time

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refund is processed via Razorpay

  • Money is returned to the same payment method

  • Time required: 7–10 working days depending on bank

We cannot control bank processing delays.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refund will NOT be provided for:

❌ Change of mind
❌ Purchased wrong course
❌ Forgot to apply coupon
❌ Entered wrong email/phone
❌ “Content not as expected”
❌ Started using the course/test series
❌ Slow internet or device issues
❌ Personal dissatisfaction
❌ Account misuse or sharing
